For our Master Cheese Maker the process of making great cheese doesn't start in the factory but on the family farm with the cows themselves. The cows need to be fed the right mixture so that the milk produced can give the desired taste to the cheese.
Once the cows have been milked, the work begins. All of the milk is pasturised in our vats. Then we add the required vegetable rennet and cultures for the desired cheese.
After that it is a matter of waiting for the cheese. |
